Bridgett is a very gentle, black & white short haired, spayed female cat being fostered in Tipton, West Mids, we think she might be around 2 years old.
A few weeks ago she was abandoned in a small cat carrier along with her 5 kittens and left under a railway bridge. This little family must have had their own guardian angel watching over them that day because no sooner had the dastardly deed been done than the chairperson of the local animal charity (me!) found them whilst out walking with dogs.
We feel sure that this smashing little girl was brought as a pet but, left un-spayed she became a problem to her “owners” by keep producing unwanted kittens, so dumping her was their solution….
Bridgett has some unexplained hair loss  but experience suggests that once her hormones settle down the hair will very likely grow back, but honestly a little baldness does not distract from her beauty, indeed people pay heaps of money for bald cats!!!!
Applications for the pets in our care should be done by telephone in the first instance please, not by e mail.
